My ADRs open tomorrow - or at least I hope they do. :rotfl2: ;)

So any cheese plates you adore? Anywhere. I'll travel for cheese. :goodvibes

And any CS serve them?

I used to love a small grape, nut and cheese plate at one of the Values. LOVED it. But it's disappeared to the land of forgotten WDW lovelies. Along with my BW fruit plate. :sad2:

Oh my, I would too. I adore cheese, I would chose that over a meal. I was so sad we couldnt get a cheese plate or even apples and cheese at CBR food court last year. Its a great snack or small meal. Pastries galore (not what I would chose) but not a piece of cheese to be had. Ill surely stalk this thread

Stalk away! :rotfl2:

Boulangerie Patisserie has a cheese plate :goodvibes

That's right. Thanks. Somehow my brain can't hold that I ate them every other day last vacation. :sad2: :rotfl2:

Jiko looks like they have a lovely one. I would guess that one could go in a just order that. Hmmm. Interesting. Any thoughts on that? Or even better can you order it at their bar or the one on the in between level? Drinks AND cheese!

And let it be known this cheese loving and drink loving girl can't even eat it/drink regularly - both affect my skin. :sad2: But on vacation I say "cheese and drinks please". :thumbsup2

I hear ya! I'm lactose intolerant, but on vacation I pack enough lactaid to go wild. I love some cheese and a nice martini when on vacation :cloud9: its always a nice treat, especially at WDW

DH & I really enjoy the cheese plate at Narcoosees. We usually make dinner out of it. We just sit at the bar, order our wine & cheese. SO happy!

Oh thank you. :goodvibes Perfect.

Wait! Then no reservation, right? That would be lovely.

Yes, Jiko's has a lovely cheese plate and you can either just sit at the bar and get it, or make a ressie and order it. Another good cheese plate (DH love's it) is at the Rose and Crown in Epcot, again, you can just go into the bar and order it there if you prefer.

Could I get a cheese plate from Jiko ordered from room service since I am staying at AKL? Or maybe DH and I could sit at the bar there and have a drink and share it (kids are doing simbas clubhouse kids club.)

I LOVE the Jiko cheeseplate. Although I'm not really a cheese connoisseur and couldn't tell you anything about it other than that it tasted great. I just love the atmosphere of Jiko...the copious amount of wine I get there helps as well

You certainly can order the cheese plate delivered to your room through Private Dining, AKA room service. I'm not sure how single items like that are charged. I do remember that if you're on a dining plan and order a meal delivered to your room that it requires 2 meal credits. DH and I shared a single omelet with generous sides, plenty for the two of us to share, a few times.

If you sit at the bar at Jiko and decide you want a little more to eat, try one of their excellent flatbreads - yum!

We've also had the cheese plate at the Flying Fish (on the Boardwalk). I know that is one restaurant where you can order it as either an appetizer or dessert (at least you could in 2009).

looked at All ears and yes, cheese is on room service.:cool1:
^ thanks, missed your post. We arent on DP and we are a family of 4 so we would order more then just one item anyway. Good to know though.

We enjoy the cheese plate at Artist's Point as well as at Les Chefs (actually the cheese plate at Les Chefs was our favorite part of the meal...)

No reservation! Matt & Sergio are the bartenders there..the BEST!! CAN you tell we go there often? :rotfl2:

Ask Sergio for a Mickey Mouse Cosmo!

Also, if you are looking for a snack, Sunshine Seasons has a cheese and fruit snack to-go. If I remember, it is 3 types of cheese, grapes and strawberries.

I don't have anything to add to this one because cheese plates change so frequently. I'm just subbing. :)

OMG I love me some cheese !

Could not find a pic of my Cheese Plate at CRT 5/27/12...but I LOVED it... albeit there was a cheese with a honeycomb ...good but I don't really have a sweet tooth...

Here is my cheese plate from Mama Melrose...5/28/12... I actually LOVED the pickles, mushrooms and other items more than the cheese...but the cheese was good...and I kept trying to finish this 2 person appy by myself... LOL. Shared the appy with Hubs and he was a little woozy still from Star Tours....
