Checking reservation online

I'm pretty sure this has been posted before, but I can't find the thread. I am unable to retrieve my reservation information online. I keep getting the same message:

Sorry, you must enter your Confirmation Number and the phone number you used when making your reservation​

Is there anything special you need to do to get this to work? Do I need to allow popups or cookies or otherwise change my standard browser settings just for this site?

Yes. I've never been able to retrieve my reservations, which is why I think it has something to do with browser privacy settings.

I have never been able to do it either, and I have access to four different computers, of various speeds and settings. I've tried every phone number I've had since I started going to Disney, and nothing works. That's why I was concerned when I booked a reservation yesterday and it took 12 hours to get the email confirmation. The email or snailmail confirmations are the only way I can verify the booking is correct (without making another phone call).

Hmmm... are you sure you guys registered with the disney site??

I had the same issue until recently. I had sent an email asking about AKL construction. I got a call from someone specializing in this issue and addressed my concern. Before she got off the phone she asked "is there anything else i can help you with?" and i said that there was something that had been bothering me.

I told her that i used to be able to check my reservation online. I told her that within the past several weeks i'm unable to view my reservation online and it keeps giving me the error listed in the OP's post. When she confirmed my numbers, she gave me a different number. It was 1 number off, but that made the difference. It was funny because when i call CRO, they give me the correct number, however the number linked to the reservation was different. When i tried the number she stated, i was able to pull up my reservation again.

So this is what you need to do. You will need to enter your reservation number and any phone number you may have contacted CRO from. After you do that, post back and let us know if that works. If it doesn't i'll give you other suggestions, if i can think of some.

Thanks for the suggestions! Ordinarily it wouldn't bother me, but for some reason tonight I'm getting frustrated with the disney site, with CRO, with everything related to these codes. I've gotten conflicting information from two different CMs (related to the AP dining gift card - which isn't appearing on the email confirmation), there's too much traffic on the disney site to submit a question, and planning a Disney vacation is supposed to be fun not aggravating. I guess I really need this vacation.

I couldn't get into my reservation, and still can't , so I wrote WDW and this is the reply I received from them:

Dear Carolyn,

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World Resort.

The area that maintains our website is aware of the current reservation
access challenge and are working to correct the anomaly. Please be
assured that your feedback is being forwarded to the appropriate
department for review.

For immediate assistance with your reservations, please contact the Walt
Disney Travel Company directly, a division of Disney reservations at
(407)828-8101.

If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact
us.

Please include your full name, E-Mail address, and reservation number if
applicable on all correspondence.
