Checking DVC availability on disneyworld.com?

I was just looking at a few dates and DVC resorts on the disneyworld.com booking page which I had researched with MS before and found that the availability pretty much seemed to be the same as what MS told me.

For example: Oct. 2-9, BLT 2 BR standard view no availability as per MS, no availability on disneyworld.com

May 13-17, AKV value studio no availability as per MS, no availability on disneyworld.com

Is it just a coincidence?

I assume that you are referring to MS point availability and not cash availability.

The inner workings of what is released to CRO from the DVC is a subject that MS doesn't discuss. Every time that I have asked, I received a different answer.

Ah sorry, yes, MS point availability vs WDW website cash availability.

Definately a coincidence. More often than not, CRO will have availability at DVC resorts where DVC Member Services does not.

Related, but mostly coincidence. Its two seperate inventories.

Its related because DVC might not choose to put high demand times into CRO (they put rooms into CRO to pay for trades).
