Checking availability and need points

I am interested in renting a points for a two bedroom either at BW or BCV on 3/8/04 thru 3/12/04. How can I check the availability?

I know I need 160 points to reserve a 2 bedroom, but how can I check if there are rooms available for those specific dates?

Can I just call and reserve the room using a credit card and than if im able to "rent" points just call back up and tell them I'll be using points instead?

Only a member can check on availability using points. You can't rent with credit card and change to points later.
