I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email that I had earned a free flight. 
Some of my flights must have had extra credits because I knew I hadn't taken 8 trips in two years. (more like 6) I was just mentioning to dh that I was "so close", yet so far. Also, I think I received 2 credits when I downloaded Ding last year. I don't know if that promotion is still valid.
