There is another thread running from earlier on this, see that for details, currently this is unconfirmed but it is expected ot be confirmed on 5th May, so no quotes out as yet,

But you can contact them to ask them to get a quote as soon as something is confirmed. The form says if you want a 2005 date use one from 2004 and make a note in the special requests part of the form.
