Check-in two families

Staying at BCV with another family. We are traveling there separately, if they arrive before me will they be able to check-in. There names are listed on our reservation but I am the DVC member.

I am also a DVC owner, I'll be checking in with my mom and dd, my dh will be checking in with my ds and my sister will be checking in with her family all same day, different times (staying at SSR THV).
