Check in time

We will have our first visit home in Jan '02! I was wondering if early check-in requests are
taken at the VWL? Is there any chance of being able to check-in early, or should we not even
bother trying until late afternoon. We have a 2 bedroom reserved and should be arriving there late
morning. Thanks for any information!

hi: even though the official check-in time is later, they will accommodate you if there is a room available earlier.

Yes, it never hurts to try. DH and I arrived at 8:30am at the BWV. Our room was not ready until noon but that's a lot better than 4pm. They didn't mind letting us check in early, as long as our room was ready. We simply took advantage of bag checking our stuff and then went to eat at spoodles. It works out well....so I don't think you will run into any problems.

we always arrive early in the morning and check-in. If our room is not ready they still give us the key cards. They just don't tell us which room it is for. We are then given a phone number to call later to see what room we were assigned. If you need they will hold of your luggage while you go to the park. We always pack our swimsuits in a carry-on and swim if our room is not ready.
