Check In Time

Thanks everyone for answering my questions! I definitely think we will try to check in early then just hope we are lucky and our room will be ready
And if not, we will just have them hold our luggage and head to Downtown Disney! I definitely want to check out the shops! Does anyone know how late the shops are open?

Also, does anyone know how far away Wal-mart is from Disney? I totally forgot we would probably need to stop and get breakfast food fo our stay and most likely a few other things.
