Just received an email that yes, they did get my questionnaire . . . . . . I can finally breath again!
Nothing to do now but sit back and let Disney book our trip . . . . here's to hoping that it's the week we want!

I just checked the mail and got my letter from Disneyland. Yay! Now I've got to ask a few questions of my own. How is everyone returning their letters? I wish they had just e-mailed them to us so we could just e-mail them back.

Has anyone asked if we're going to get a hotel choice?

I am going to scan mine and e-mail it back to her.

I didn't ask about hotel choice - but I am going to put it in the comments just in case - I did ask about extending using DVC points and she said if you do that we make the reservation and then give her the confirmation number so they can link them together in their system.

Have there only been two people that picked DL that have received paperwork so far? My husband's name was one of the first 5 drawn and we still haven't heard anything since letting them know what park we wanted (DL). I'm wondering if we should start to be concerned or not.
(Patience has never been one of my strongest traits....)

I'm hoping we get a hotel choice (however from a pp, it sounds like we don't?), but I will be thrilled with whatever we get. We've only ever stayed at economy hotels when we've gone, so this will be something new and exciting for us!

Disney's list is usually incomplete as it takes the IT folks ages to update the page..BUT you can see winners names at www.disney.go.com.memories at the bottom of the page. The names scroll by.

If you want to update your address and info log in at www.disneyworld.com All the disney sites use the same log in info.

We've discovered that "on or around" means whenever the heck they feel like it, but yes, last week'd winners were already picked. I think one of our DIS winners was the 15 or 17th?

I was the Feb 15th drawing.

My story - I entered online faithfully every day. I had no phonecalls or email (unless I missed something?) and the FedEx envelope just showed up. I had to read the paperwork probably 3 or 4 times before I understood/believed what I was reading!

Good luck to everybody hoping for a magical FedEx envelope... Even after this contest is over, keep the faith & keep entering those contests!!! Anything's possible! Thanks to all the supportive & wonderful people here (weirdos included)!!

Your stay must include a Saturday night. It also mentions additional people and asks what time of day you want to travel to and from California. They have to receive the info at least 45 days before you want to travel. Extending your stay is kind of vague, so I'm e-mailing her about that as well.

If you want me to list the blackout dates, just let me know and I can post them or message them to you.

I sent mine back on February 15th. I wonder how long until they contact us with our travel arrangements and dates? I emailed my contact yesterday to ask if I should exprect it by regular mail or email. He hasn't emailed me back yet. I am trying to be patient but ...............

Thanks for your details! It still gives those of use who haven't wont YET ( ) that theres still that possibility that we could just come home from work and find that FedEx envelope in our mailbox!! Congrats,and happy planning!!

I know if you want to go to the parks longer than 5 days you will have to buy a 1 day admission because I was told the tickets are not upgradable.

I asked about a 5th person - and was told that they would arrange the ticket but we would have to pay for it.

I've been sending in my entry every day by cell, and sending in my husband's by on-line (with his permission, of course!).

I am leaving with two friends of mine on Saturday to go to WDW, so my husband will be on his own for his entry. Would it be too obnoxious for me to leave a GIANT sign over the TV, on the refrigerator, inside the diaper box and over the sinks in all the bathrooms reminding him to enter? I've already got my daughter set to remind him.

I'm just saying, Disney.......I will be taking part in my very first running race this weekend, and not only is it my first, it is a HALF Marathon! I think it would be AWESOME if I were to get the call that I won this contest on Sunday right as I was running/crawling across the finish line.

Ahhh well. I can dream! At least I will get to be with Mickey for a few days this weekend!

Does adding the additional 1 day admission ticket only apply to the Disneyland package? My WDW contact told me that we could upgrade our tickets.
