Has anyone won via text? I can't enter online---I keep getting an error message, so I've been entering via text.

Congratulations to our own DIS winner :cheer2: ! I'm sorry people are questioning you/assuming you are lying. I have no idea what the benefit of lying would be :confused3...

Enjoy your trip and the planning of it!!!:cool1:

I've been entering via text as well most days. I tried to enter online several times and keep getting the error so I just entered with text.

I found this rule for the contest to be a bit puzzeling....

"Each Canadian resident who is a potential winner will be required to answer correctly a mathematical skill testing question without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise to be declared a winner and be eligible to collect a prize."

What gives with that? We let stupid Americans do anything they want.

Canadians don't pay tax on prizes like they do in the US but we do need to, by Canadian Law, answer a mathematical question. LOL we're weird that way.

lol And it's pretty silly. Like to win a free muffin from McDonalds with Monopoly there will be a SKILL TESTING QUESTION.

Something really challenging like (7-5)+(5x5)=

:rotfl:

Can I use your address for contests?:rotfl: I'd rather answer math questions than pay all those taxes.;)

Are you guys entering via text and on-line? After skimming the rules, it sounded like you can only enter once a day and only using one of those methods. I certainly don't want to take myself out of the running by violating the rules but wondered if others were entering twice each day.

Congrats to the DIS winner!

Congrats to the DIS winner!

I was wondering the same thing. I don't want to kick myself out of the contest!

Since Disney would be picking up the tab, I would want to go that magical week when you get Halloween and Christmas at the same time :)

And I think I would love to stay in the Grand Floridian since in my lifetime I will NEVER be able to stay there or Wilderness lodge.

I'm not sure. Our plan is to go to Disney World in December and stay at the Wilderness Lodge. But if, I mean when I win, I think I would probably want to pick Disneyland because airfare is so much more from here and we would probably never go there on our own. Even though I really want to. We own DVC but our December trip we are planning on doing a cash stay.

I wonder what kind of rooms they put you up in though. If we chose to go and do DW I think I would want to put a monorail resort as my hotel pick since they are more expensive. Unless they were going to put me in concierge at the WL or something. That's a treat that we might never splurge for ourselves. We've done Poly and GF but only with a 40% discount and only a standard view.

I'm going to choose DisneyLand, and stay at the Grand Californian!!! I'm not going to tell the kids I won, I'll choose to go the first week of school. I'll get them up for school on Monday and then say, "wouldn't it be fun to have one more week of Summer vacation?"

Just wondering what the DCL contest is? thanks

It's actually a lot of fun playing the game, I look forward to it every morning.

We're actually planning our first trip to Disneyland for 5 days in November, right when they put up their Christmas decorations. Nothing is booked yet, so I'd definitely take advantage of the contest to be able to stay in one of the on-property hotels. Because of flight costs, there's no way we'd be able to afford it otherwise.

So about thirty minutes after finding out yesterday that fed ex would be delivering to the winners my DBF was out on the porch and said "a fed ex truck just drove by." I thought he was joking till i heard it come around the corner and stop right in front of our apt building!!! I stared out the window in disbelief and waited for the driver to get out....which seemed to take an ETERNITY! finally i see him come out....with a giant package...not for us :(

Sitting with my phone in hand waiting for my phone call today!!!:lmao:

Good thing I checked out the boards .. I haven't been on here in awhile and had no clue about this contest!

Fed Ex just came to my door, and I haven't ordered anything!!......Nope...... just the replacement part for my stinkin broken washer that the repairman overnighted to my house :sad1:

I thought I was freaked out yesterday when it pulled across the street and he went to my neighbor's house. Nope. This was worse.

The letter I got said I was a potential winner - I had to sign paperwork and have it returned via Fed-ex to them by the 11th.....It was dated Jan 6th.
Congratulations!!!

FedEx pulled up last night, around 7pm and started blowing up, my doorbell. My heart started beating, a little faster. They ALWAYS deliver in the morning, and only ring once. The package WAS from Disney. It was my order from the Disney Store!!:rotfl:

So, if a cell is connected to a business, does the individual win or the company? Are the prizes transferable? Sorry, if this has been asked and answered. We've been fortunate and have visited Disney often. If, I'm lucky enough to win, I'd love to let my employees draw for the trip.
