I'm just waiting for DH to be ready for bed. We have to get up at some god-awful time tomorrow to get him to the airport for his flight. Since the boys are still up I may just throw them into the car in their pjs so they can snooze on the way.

Sorry guys, I posted that I would BRB, but apparently it got lost in cyberspace. Had to tuck DS into bed, fold a load of laundry, throw another load in and take a bath. Oh and I forgot to eat dinner tonight, was over talking to my sister earlier, so I missed dinner. Just fixed some cheese and crackers, so much for my diet!

Oh PLEASE! I was in such a crappy mood today.. I had 2 pieces of cake.. and darn it, Im still hungry! I told dh that I HAVE to go work out tomorrow!

What can I say apparently I can leap curbs with a humongous SUV in a single bound and fold laundry quickly!

We went garage saleing yesterday and also hit Value Village and Good Will. Got some awesome school clothes for DD & DS. They have Aeropostale and American Eagle jeans for $4.99 - $9.99. DD was thrilled, I was thrilled. Do you realizing how many pairs of $50-$75 jeans I don't have to buy now. I got a couple of cute blouses, some jeans and summery dresses. Also got some pants, jeans and hoodies for DS.

Actually I had pancakes for breakfast, went to KFC for lunch and haven't eaten anything since then. When we met the foster mom at the restaurant I ordered a strawberry lemonade and my sister had an iced tea. When we both looked at each other and said "let's go". My sister says "do you have any cash?, all I have is my debit card!". So I threw $10 on the table and we left. Geesh, we are pretty bad fugitives aren't we? Even pay for our beverages before we leave the restaurant!

I think we should go now before the selection gets picked over when people start school clothes shopping. Little boys pants & hoodies were about $4 and really in good shape.

Yeah.. Seven jeans are spendy. The sell them at Layne Bryant, not for that much, but still alot.

Whew! I just got back from folding a big load of laundry, and now I must go to bed. Mama's gonna be cranky in the morning.

We have a newish Goodwill not far from us, I should check it out sometime. My mom used to take us to thrift stores when we were teens. I didn't find too many clothes I liked there, but I loved getting cheap books there!

I'll try to hop on tomorrow once I've had my morning cuppa.

Hey guys. Great day today. It stormed like crazy and dh was wanting to give me anything I wanted so we hopped in the car and drove around in the rain. We also stopped in a park and just watched. The streets were massively flooded!!!!! Not a drop at my house though. Geesh. My yard really needs a good soaking that we dont have to pay for!

I stuffed myself with cake and now I am headed to bed soon.

I know seriously, we were going to go bowling but I just wasnt feeling the crowds at the Brunswick XL today. So I opted for mini golf. I noticed it wasnt too hot. In the car it was 106 but if felt cooler. Then we drove in the rain and the temp dropped to 71!!!! WOW. I love Monsoon storms. Unfortunately its about 90 now but it could be worse.

Best birthday present ever is rain for me!
