Yeah, they don't allow anyone with shopping carts and such at the recycling center closest to downtown. They know it's likely squatters stealing out pipes.
More squatters in winter here-- thanks to the cold weather rule, gas/oil compay can not turn off heat in winter for unpaid bills. Spring thaw.. turned off the heat.. squatters come out and try to cash in on copper.

I agree with Melody.. younger ones are fearless while the older ones realize things can be scary-- it holds them back a bit more.

My butt is NOT getting any smaller! I do feel better though. I have been getting a bunch of stuff done around the house, and I have been waking up earlier. I think it is making the hubby extra lazy. He acted like he deserved a medal when he did the dishes the other day.

It's a Kenmore canister. Haven't had a chance to open the box yet, to see how it works here at the house, but it sure worked good at the demo. I went in determined to buy the upright, and came home with the canister. Oh well..................they were both listed as number one choices from Consumers magazine. I love that magazine!! It also is supposed to be one of the best ones for bare floors, so I''ll give you my feedback Shawna.
