My bf and I went to P.F. Chang's and we had mongolian beef. It was really good. We also had chicken lettuce wraps and some type of orange shrimp.

Now I'm craving Chinese food!

There is a Chinese restaraunt close by but they changed owners and their food and service became sloppy. I miss the old owner because he was really nice to me and my family.

Is the Mongolian Beef sweet? There's a sweet beef dish I tried that's really good.

We had a favorite teriyaki place in the U District, and the guy that ran it (not sure if he was also the owner) was really nice. DH was so bummed when the guy wasn't there anymore, but surprised a few years later when he met him at another location! I still don't know if he owns these or just manages them, but he said they needed more of a firm hand at the new location so that's why he moved on.

Did the previous owner retire? Or start something new?

Yeah, that's my problem, too. Especially if they make one thing well, I get stuck on the one dish. I can't bear NOT to have it, you know? Even though the other stuff sounds great and I'd like to try it, I just HAVE to have the one thing that I know they do really well!!!

I'm not sure what happend to the owner. My bf and I were dining there one evening and I asked the server where the manager was (he's usually always there) and we were told he was no longer there. Now it's a woman who runs it but she was a bit curt towards us.
