So our low last night was 90. Yes that was our LOW. The valley got rain but not where we live but at least its on the way. The only problem is its steamy (for here) out so that stinks.

We are headed to dance for an hour today and doing a lemonade stand and then a pool party tonight.

I'm off to exercise.

Have a great day everyone.

Mornin gals!! Well.. i had a horrid night. I think I had some sort of mental breakdown that consisted of me sitting on my bed, FREAKING out... crying and all... over money. :confused3 I dont know! It was bad! The hubby was all over the house looking for something to tranq. me with!:lmao: Seriously. I was chugging gatorade, scarfing down chocolate bars, chain smoking... and bawling. It was bizarre! Just a little funny.. Now. I think the chlorine fumes are getting to me!:lmao: :lmao: He got me calmed down by rubbing my back.. which somehow ended in some really energetic boom-boom. :confused3 But it sure calmed me down!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: My sister and I always talk about how the women in our family are crazy... Now I am one of them!!:lmao: :lmao:

ANYHOW.. Enough of my crazy night.. I hope everyone has a great 4th!! I still dont know what we are doing.. But it is a tad chilly out. Still muggy though.

 Sounds interesting, quite a visual image (lost quickly at the energetic boom-boom)

:lmao: :lmao: Yeah.. it was something. I think it had something to do with being super tired, and falling asleep reading... Then waking up 20 minutes later.

Busy day today?

Money freakouts are always hard to handle.

Glad you are feeling better now. :flower3:

My sis burst into tears when she told our cousin that she is a SAHM, I'm thinking the lack of money is stressing her out.. she's been a bit "off" lately.
Her husband hates his job (switched to days and the boss is riding him, making him miserable.. in the evenings HE was the boss) , looking at a job that will move them far away :sad1: :sad1:

NO FAIR!! I just move back and they are looking at moving to some bo-hink town?? :headache:

But nothing is finalized yet, just applying and see what happens. BOO!

Busy day today?

Yes :faint:. I am kind of ticked actually. DH was supposed to finish cleaning last night, well, he spent most of the night watching tv and napping. I had 4 bags of trash to take out, he swept everything under the trash bags, and didn't do 1/2 the stuff he normally does. So anyways, i spent the 1st hour this morning cleaning up the crap he didn't do :headache: .

His niece, husband and younger nephew (10yo) should be here in a hour, and it should be fun. DH bought a bunch of stuff to BBQ, will probably see the fireworks tonight, maybe fish this weekend - who knows. I might have to work some tonight though......they were soooooooooooooo busy last night, DN had to go in to help out :faint:

Ok, must shower. If I don't see them by the time I am out I will be back :thumbsup2

 That BLOWS. I worry about that happening when the hubby goes to days. Well... not the boss thing, the boss LOVES him. But the bigger bosses... they are all newer... Plus he isnt used to having so many people above him in the pecking line up.

NICE. I hate it when Frelan does that! Sounds like you have a busy day coming up today!

Hubby and N are building the boys' other dresser right now.
J has a friend over-- chillin among the boxes.

We have no plans, except for rearranging my bedroom -- need to install my dresser too :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 Very cool! I am going to shower.. Whatever we do will include us being home long before dark. I am not a big fan of the 4th. The holiday itself I dont mind, but the idea of letting any joe shmo out there buy fireworks is the worst idea EVER. I wont go out at night.. I am always sure that we will get blown off the road or something!:lmao:

Good morning, hyenas!
And happy 4th of July!!!

GEESH, I don't think I've seen so many hyenas on at once in the morning! (Dizzy and Shawna were on when I first hopped on.)

Staley, sorry to hear about your flip-out last night. I know exactly what you mean, I was completely stressed out when I quit my job to be a SAHM (which was stressful enough) and then a few weeks later DH had his first heart issue. I just kept thinking, "OMG, what have I done? What have I done, we're so screwed now!"

Well, my guests are about 5 minutes away - stopped at circle K so DN10yo could pee

I sure hope people aren't randomly shooting off fireworks. Our neighbors did it every year in Gilbert, but I hope people are smarter then to set them off in a forest :faint:

I was going through old lunchboxes a few weeks ago to find something suitable for an outing. I found one that apparently hadn't been used since my nursing days; I used it to transport pumped milk home from the office. :rotfl:

Anyway, I opened it up and found some adorable infant photos of DS4, soooo cute! One was a cute wallet-size professional photo, and two others were of DS sitting in a sink in his pjs. The expression on his face was so adorable I fell in love with him all over again, but what you wouldn't know about it unless I told you was I took those photos after a very rough night of him being sick, and he was sitting in the sink because he'd just thrown up all over himself.

The photos are sitting on my desk here now. {sigh} :lovestruc

Oh, and watched the Tyra show yesterday, and they had two interesting topics on; the first was on breastfeeding; one woman didn't cover up when she breastfed in public, claiming that she got her baby on the breast so quickly that nothing could be seen anyway. (I'm sorry to disagree, but she was huge and her baby's head just AIN'T THAT BIG to cover everything.) :sad2:

The other breastfeeding advocate was a woman who still nursed her 7yo, and when her 9yo asked for "breast milk" for her birthday, she let her nurse, too. That was kinda nauseating to me, but surprisingly she sounded like a normal person. Good lord, what if her daughter asks for milk as a wedding present, YEESH! :sad2:

Tyra's audience was full of moms, and she had working moms sit on one side of the room and SAHMs on the other. And of course that was the other issue, which is best for kids. People get so judgmental and snippy in a hurry on that topic, and I think it's ridiculous. There is no one size fits all life that is perfect (or "best") for every person, every type of child, or every family. What a ridiculous thing to argue about! I've done both, and I've always hated those debates, they're totally pointless. Basically people trying to make themselves feel better about their choice by putting down someone else's.
