Where is it at? I clicked on the link but don't see it. I was going to ask if there was a fire in their phone banks at MS the past two weeks.
 

I got that a day or two ago so I decided to give it a try. I asked a question about AKV and was given an incorrect answer.

Okay, I actually just chatted with a Disney Vacation Club CM. They are basically there to (drum roll) show people how to purchase DVC. Gee, go figure.

I asked whether the pool area at Kidani would open with the first phase of Kidani. All she knew was 2009. Oh well.

I figured it was related to selling DVC and not to helping answer questions for existing members.

I'm going to keep clicking on it. I need a new source to confirm or deny the Contemp.

This maybe a little off topic, but i think MS during holiday booking should not waste time to book dining ressies, so everyone calling for holiday ressies dont have to listen to a busy signal or be on hold for a long period of time.

i just called MS and i called for 30 mins and kept getting a busy signal and at 5:20 eastern time got a 7 min. wait message before MS answered, i knew they were closing so i asked my question about available (knowing the answer, sold out)
and hurried and got off the phone before 5:30pm.

I have been calling every morning and getting busy signals and today i decide to call 30 mins before they close and it was still busy :sad2: :rotfl:

if i get a chance to talk to a DVC rep. im going suggest about not booking dining ressies thru MS during holiday booking and instead DVC can offer a toll free # through cro to book dining ressie :thumbsup2
