Chat option for Disney Reservations

While looking for reservation information on the Disney Reservation site a box use to pop up if you wanted to chat with someone at Disney to ask questions but I can't find it. Can someone help locate it??

I'm not sure if there's an easier way to find it.. but if you click on "special offers", then click on the Free Dining offer.. scroll down to the bottom of the page, and underneath the box for "Travelling by Air?", there's a really small button that says "Questions? Chat with a Disney Vacation Specialist".

Several times they have told me that it just "randomly" pops up.
