Chat not working

When I click on chat it opens a new browser page and displays "Chat rooms powered by 123 Flash Chat Server Software" at the top of the page and thats it, nothiong else! Any ideas anyone?

Sorry for not being clear in my original post, I was trying to log on when chat was active
