chase visa credit card scam????

I received a credit card today from chase - "Here's your new Chase credit card with blink" - the only Chase cc I have is my Disney Visa & the acct. #'s are not the same....neither my husband nor myself have applied for any new cards at all. I don't want to call the 800 # to confirm/activate the card to find out what's going on....Anybody ever get a real credit card, not an offer, with the phrase about "blink"? thanks -

Is the phone # on the new card the same phone # as on your old card? If so, why wouldn't you want to call to find out?
You can always just call the old # too & explain.
