Are these just for people who have a "Disney" Chase Visa or for anyone who has a Chase Visa as well?

Thanks!

It's a perk for those with a Disney Chase Visa or a Disney Chase Debit card.

Ohh, I didn't know there was a special meet and greet for people who have Chase Disney cards. How does one take part in this?

Stop by our private location—reserved just for Cardmembers—to meet and pose with some of your favorite Disney Characters. Get a complimentary 5 x 7 photo, too!

When: Offered daily, 1PM to 7PM

Where to go: Innoventions West at Epcot® at Walt Disney World® Resort.

What to do: Just present your Disney Visa® Debit Card to enter the event.

Remember, even though you might have your Disney Visa Debit Card linked to a MagicBand or RF-enabled card, you will still need to bring your Disney Visa Debit Card with you in order to access your Cardmember perks throughout your stay.

Check DisneyWorld.com for the latest Park information, like Park hours.

It is in Innovations, West I believe. We've had the card for two trips and have been disappointed by the location and hours of it. I think it is something like 12 or 1pm to 7pm. Usually, by that the time it starts we are in the world showcase and if we are coming back past it later in the day we are too tired to bother.

I think they oversold it as a benefit of the card. I was under the impression there would be a Magic Kingdom location on Main Street and maybe more than one park. Now, I never looked into it much before getting the card, but the location and hours are disappointing.

Anyone done it and do you get a decent picture? What characters are available, what is the wait like and is there Chase advertising on the picture?

We just did this on 12/12! It was great! The characters rotate, but we had minnie and Mickey together. It was awesome. They spent a ton of time with us, and they were so engaging- hugs, kisses, high fives, "conversation". And with all three of us, not just my daughter. We got fantastic pictures. The meet and greet is located in Innoventions West from 1-7.

We do it every time we go to epcot, so sometimes several times per trip. It's just like any other photopass photo you'd get in the parks (you have to go to the photo store by spaceship earth to pick it up).

I've had any combo of Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto. At least two, sometimes 3 (though that was years ago).

The character interaction tends to be really good (you're the only family in a private area). I've never waited more than 30 minutes, and usually that's when I've gotten there before it actually starts. It's near the video games in Innoventions so my son keeps busy while I wait in line (or sit for awhile).

I have done this M&G once, 2 years ago. My daughter and I caught it right before 7 PM while the boys rode Test Track. (My daughter wasn't tall enough for TT). There was no wait and we saw Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. They spend a lot of time with my daughter and it was a really great experience for her. Lots of really cute pictures.

It was in January so a low crowd time, plus it being right before closing time probably contributed to zero wait/more characters.

It was the best character experience we had on our trip in December! Private and they really took time with us. May of the best pictures we have from our trip were from here! Mickey giving nose kisses to my 3 year old? PRICELESS! They took a lot of pictures, both posed and candied shots and all but maybe one was great!

We did it twice on our visit 2 weeks ago and it was a lifesaver. The first time we had Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. Our autograph books were "lost" (I.e. My backpack disappeared) so we went back because we had 2 days left and were trying to get any autographs we could at that point and the 2nd time we had Mickey, Minnie and Pluto. The picture was great. They even did a holiday border around it.

I'm going to have to give this another go. Last year the line was so long and so we walked in and walked right back out. Looks like it is worth the wait!

I wanted to get our whole party in the picture but my parents left EPCOT early. Me and two DDs were waiting for my DH to use a Soarin FP and I saw they were still taking people in right at 7pm, se we were the last people that day. We say Minnie and Pluto. It was a fun way to pass the time since Innoventions was closing. It was a nice surprise for the girls too who I think expect Disney characters around every corner! We have had combinations of Minnie, Mickey, Pluto and Goofy over the years.

Thanks for all of the info and where to go to use this service. I feel so silly for not knowing about this sooner. I could have used this the last few times I was at Disneyland. Going to WDW next month for ten days so I will for sure check this out while I'm there.

I have to correct my previous post - we did not see all four characters. We saw Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto. I just went back and checked the pictures.

Sorry for the incorrect information!! It was still a great experience!

It's great and we do it at least twice on every trip.
It's the last thing we do at EPCOT before we leave to take our midday break.

We did this when we went two weeks ago and it was SO nice. The kids loved it and I loved the photo we got!

We did this twice this past February. The first time, it was just my sister and me, and we got Minnie and Pluto. The second time, it was Mickey and Goofy, and my dad and stepmother were with us. My dad is the one who started our entire family on our love for WDW, so I was very excited that he got a chance to meet the Mouse himself. The photos are priceless, especially the very, very tall Goofy hugging my 5'1" father. :)

We didn't need to wait too long either time. I think that if the line is really long and there's still time that day, just come back an hour later or so and check.

We did this twice on our last trip, and loved it! The first time, we met Pluto and Minnie. The second time was Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy!

I highly recommend this. We waited about 10-15 minutes both times. There weren't that many people in line, but they spend a long time with each group. It was just my husband and I (no kids), and we still got a lot of attention from each one. We watched a family before us, and they had 3 kids. Each child got several hugs, autograph books signed, photos taken, and they played with each kid for a few minutes. It was great to see!

Don't forget to pick up your photo at the end of the night from the photo shop at the entrance. If you go after Illuminations, this line will probably be longer than the line for the meet and greet was earlier. It was worth it to us, for the free 5x7 photo.
