Charter got on my last nerve and I had ATT out today to switch us over. I had a rate of $89 for our bundle but it ran out early this year. My bill went up to $130!! I paid it for a while but when I saw they were offering the package I used to have to new customers only I got angry and made the switch. I'll get Internet and phone with ATT for $60 and a $100 gift cert. To heck with the cable, we'll just do without.

Then when I call to add or change service, I get a runaround because service is in DH's name. Geeze!! So I asked for my name to be added. Wonder how long I have to wait because it's still not done!

I think most likely your husband is going to have to make the request.

Please DO NOT call and raise heck with the person on the other end of the phone. Charter is using a call center and you do not speak with a member of their company. The call center is located in West Virginia (some of my friends work there), but then Comcast call center is located in Pennsylvania and they actually employ their own staff. Maybe that is why Comcast is easier to cut a deal with?
