Charging to your room-restrictions?

Hi! Just wondering if there are restrictions as to what can be charged to your room, such as snacks, drinks from carts. What have you not been allowed to charge and where was it? I'm interested to know how much cash I really need to carry round in a day so this will help me work it out.

I think more and more of those snack carts are getting the ability to charge. But we still tend to carry enough cash each day to use at them....just in case.

The carts we patronized in EPCOT and MGM took the room cards.

I think because of the dining plan, where snacks can be purchased each day as part of the plan, most if not all the carts can now take the room cards. You probably need very little cash.

My DH and I always take $40ea, Each day for sodas and snacks. We charge the rest!
