Charge for virgin drinks?

Do they charge for virgin drinks? Too much alcohol and I'm done for the night!!

Don't know if this qualifies, but...

My kids ordered Shirley Temples and Roy Rogers each night with dinner and were not charged.

Not sure about anything fancier!

I'm not a drinker and whenever I ordered virgin drinks, I believe I was charged something. Less than the alcohol version, but not free. It may be free with dinner, though, but not in the bars, clubs, etc.

I believe any kind of blender drink will have a charge, with or without alcohol.

I know we were charged when my teens ordered virgin pina coladas and smoothies at dinner, though not the same price as with alcohol.

Yes, you will be charged, just not as much as the alcoholic versions. I had a virgin drink during the sail away party and was charged approx 1.50 less.

I ordered my DGrD a virgin strawberry daquari and didn't realize until she was done that it had contained liquor. She was 9 at the time. I ordered it while we were in the family club and we were busy playing a game. Not until we started to leave did I notice I'd been charged the same for my reg. daquari and her virgin one. When I asked are virgin drinks the same price as reg. the waiter said both alcohol!...The waiter could barely speak English and he seemed to think I was upset about the $$ - not the fact that he'd served liquor to a child. In fact , I didn't feel anyone took it very seriously, so if you order virgin drinks for a child, be careful.

I remember your story ~ OMG, that is so terrible!
My 5yo DGS had the same thing happen recently. They were having dinner at a Chinese rest. and he ordered orange juice.
He complainned it tasted funny, so my daughter tasted it only
to learn it was an alcoholic drink. She was furious! Complained to the waiter and manager who all tasted it, denied it and acted like it was no big deal!
