Characters at DCA?

I was wondering if characters were at DCA. If so, are they roaming or do you stand in line for them? What characters, if any, has anyone seen there?
We are also trying to decide what character meals to do. We are definately interested in the Mary Poppins Tea Party, but in addition to that are thinking of Storytellers: which characters are there for breakfast? I did read the post where it was mentioned that the characters where stationed in a central area and I am somewhat disappointed to hear that!
Are any princesses around either in the parks or at any of the restaurants?
Thank you for any help. Our two DDs(4 & 11) love characters and autographs and especially princesses! :)

There are always characters in the front of DCA when you first walk in. They are your standard-Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Max and Donald Duck. They are out in front until 4:00. In the Hollywood lot, they change quite frequently. I saw no princesses except Mulan. Also, they're was the LLama from Emperor, Mushu, Cruella. By Grizzly, Chip n Dale and Pluto hung out through out the day. I did see many more characters at Disneyland. They seemed much more out and about there.

He was by "It's a Bug's Life" when we were there in March.
