Characters and the Cold

Just wondering from some of the people how are just back, are the characters still out full forces even though the weather is cold? Last few years I've been to WDW, it seems like it's been warmer Decembers so I'm not sure how it will affect how many characters or which characters are out. Anyone just back or have had previous experience with characters in the type of weather Florida has now (highs in 70s/ lows in 50s)?

I have not seen a decline in the characters. Some of the characters have differant outfits that they wear in the colder months. We saw Jasmine at Epcot yesterday and she had a coat on over her usual outfit but they made it blend with what she usually wears.

The only thing we were disappointed in was there was not many Villians out and about. A CM told me that this time of year they arn't out as much!! We were there for 8 days and only saw a few and they seemed to be the same ones. Quit bummed we didn't see the Evil Queen.

As for the other characters, they were all out, everywhere.

WE noticed the same thing about the villians in Ocober.

October 2002 they were every where.

October 2003 they were hard to find.

I heard (rumor) that people did not like the villians because they acted like villians.......

who knows.
