Headed to HS today. It's supposed to rain all day. Will Characterpalooza still occur? Thx

No, they will not appear. The costumes are worth to much money. It was always hit and miss during the summer rainy months.

No characters appear when the rain is coming. We waited HOURS for Jasmine/Aladdin and Mulan on one trip. Worst. Epcot. Day. Ever. Do not let character greetings run the trip.
