Character Palooza takes place everyday that Fantasmic is scheduled. They appear on the Streets of America/San Francisco Street in the afternoon. Check Kennythepirate.com for a complete timing schedule. The easiest way to determine an approximate time is to calculate 4.5 hours before the last Fantasmic of the evening.

What time is Fantasmic tonight? Subtract 4.5 hours from the last Fantasmic and the Characters will be on San Francisco street.
