Character meet and greets in HS

With the 7:00 opening time for HS recently, how early do the character Meet & Greets start?

Some start at opening time. Go to MDE click the character option and filter to dhs and you can see the time for each

Should be going at a regular open (except Mike and Sulley/Disney JR). Launch Bay wasn't open during AM EMH when I was there in November.
