Character Meals on Dining Plan

2 of my 3 kids are now considered Disney Adults and I am reconsidering adding the dining plan because of this. They want to do Chef Mickeys, Garden Grill and I was looking at adding the Fantasmic Hollywood and Dine package. Are all of these on the dining plan and are the 1 table service credit?

Yes and Yes, at least they were last year. We reserve all 3 of those except we did Mama Melrose Fantasmic package. My kids like the character meals and having the DDP helps me budget them, since momma doesn't like to stand in hot lines to meat characters
