Character Meal Voucher

I have a regular character meal voucher and a premium meal voucher to use for our trip in August. Can I use the character meal voucher at any table service restaurant? I have never been to Disneyland before. Thanks!

You should be able to. We had 4 vouchers, but my DH flew down a day after us (due to work) and he missed the character meal.
We later in the trip used his character meal voucher at Blue Bayou. They gave us $ credit for the amount of the voucher toward our bill.

You probably can, but keep value in mind. The character meals are often pricier than regular meals as you're paying for the character experience. It may not be worth it unless you're getting a dollar to dollar exchange. If the premium can be used at Goofy's $50 dinner, then you'd want to be able to use it to purchase $50 of food elsewhere.
