This reminds me of a show my little sister used to watch when she was younger...a show called "Kim Possible" lol. The character you discribe sounds like a Ron Stoppable? Does that sound logical? I have no idea on this one lol...and my guess is probably wrong considering it is more of a Disney channel character rather than a Disney classic lol.
