character dinners - 1 table service?

i know that character breakfasts are considered 1 table service on the dining plan (other than Cindy's) but are the dinners also only 1 table service?

Yes, the dinners are 1 table service credit, with the exception of CRT, as you already mentioned.

Yes, if it is a location that is 1 TS credit, then it doesn't matter if its Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cinderella's is the only place that it is 2 Credits and that is for BFST, Lunch and dinner.
