Character call in Canada?

I just tried to schedule a character call in Canada but get stopped while trying to enter my phone number with this message popping up " Canadian Residents - Canadian law only permits us to offer this service to parents and guardians of call recipients. Please do not submit personal data on other persons without their consent. Offer void in Quebec". Once I close the popup, it reappears every time I try and reenter my phone number. Are character calls not allowed in Canada?

I was able to do it in this past January. I have never had any problem in the past for my 6 Disney cruises. Is this a new policy?

Try doing it on incognito mode; sometimes Disney guesses that you're underage and won't let you book a call. I wish you the best of luck!
