Thankspirate:

Welcome to the DIS newprince. :)

I'm sure you'll get lots of answers/opinions here and I'm not sure what to answer but I thought I'd get things started...we've loved them all. :teeth:

It depends I guess on who your DDs' favourites are. We're leaving on Friday for DD's 16th birthday & Crystal Palace is a must for us because she LOVES Tigger (we're doing it on her actual birthday). They feature all the Pooh characters & the restaurant is beautiful.

Chef Mickey's is fun because you get to see Mickey & Minnie & it's usually very lively. The Contemporary is also a fun place to visit (& kids love the trip there on the monorail).

Donald's Breakfastosaurus is great...the only place I believe, to see Donald Duck.

If your DDs are into Cinderella & the Princesses then you must try to get Cinderella's Royal Table. If you can't get that, there are similar "Princess" meals at Epcot & the Grand Floridian.

There are many more but I'll let others give you some suggestions. In the meantime, have you checked out Deb's Site for a review of all the Character Meals?

... I think the Ice Cream Social is a lot of fun :p It's located at the Garden Grill in Epcot and takes place in the afternoon. I like it because the crowds are much smaller and the characters have more time to spend with you. I believe that farmer Mickey, Chip and Dale and Pluto are there :)

I also like the Crystal Palace for breakfast as well ... The restaurant is very pretty! You'll see Pooh, Tiger, Piglet and Eeyore ... They also do a mini parade around the restaurant with the kids which is really cute :)

When my DD was 2 we did Crystal Palace with Tigger, Pooh and Eeyore. When she was 4 we did Donald Breakfastarus. Both were great and she loved both of them.
Last year ( DD was 6) we went to Chef Mickey's for dinner and that was awesome.

the breakfast at the Polynesian at Ohana... very relaxed, not noisy...but very exciting! Big comfy chairs to sit in too! At the end of breakfast, the Cms passed out musical instruments had a parade with Mickey to songs from the Lion King...great pics, and great fun!

We love the dinner at Chef Mickeys we go atleast once every trip and it s usually on our waterpark day. We make our reservation for about 5 or 5:30

If I were choosing based on food alone, Breakfastasaurus would win hands down! For that age though, if you could get Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast, I think that would be the best. We've gone twice and really enjoyed it. As someone else said, it also depends on what characters your dd's are "in" to. I don't think you'll be disappointed with anything you decide :)
