Changing to 4 FP+ instead of 3?

Frankly, I'd still prefer the ability to reserve FO+ in 2 different parks in one day. As of now, you can only get FP+ in a second park once you're there and after the FP+ times for the other 3 FP+s. Presently, you can't even reserve in another park until you're actually there. At the very least, why can't you reserve FP+ in the second park from the first park?
