Changing time of SW flight question

I am currently booked on an afternoon flight on SW to MCO but am now thinking of changing to leave on the same day but on an earlier flight. I have already paid the ECBI for my flight ...if I change to an earlier flight, will I lose EBCI on the new flight and have to pay it again???? I know if I cancel all together I lose the money I paid for EBCI but wasn't sure if it applied to just changing time of travel on same day ...

As long as your confirmation number remains the same, your EBCI will follow it.
