Changing parks and FP+

If we go to park A and only use one of 3 FP+ and decided to go to park B, is there a way to "reset" our FP+ so we can get more (even if only one at a time) at the new park? I'm fine with going to a kiosk, just wanting to know if it's doable.

You have to use all 3 of your original fastpasses at park a. To get your 4th fastpass at park b, you have to actually hop to park b and get one at the kiosk there.

After you use all of the initial FastPass+ experiences on the day of your visit (or your arrival windows have passed), you can select one additional FastPass+ experience to use that same day (based on availability). The additional FastPass+ experience is a rolling FastPass+ experience—each time you use an additional FastPass+ experience, you can select a new one.

Additional FastPass+ selections must be made at a FastPass+ kiosk within the same park as the FastPass+ experience that you wish to select, and they can be made at a different park from your previous selections.

So if I go to park A and only use 1 FP then move to a second park I can't go to a kiosk to get another until the other 2 expire?! That seems to discourage park hopping.

There is no way to just go to a CM or to the actual ride you have a FP for and have them cancel it? Can you not cancel a FP on your phone with the MDE app? We only had 2 rides we wanted a FP for in EPCOT but it forces you to get three. We want to hop to MK and I hoped I wouldn't have to wait for that third (the latest one of the three) to expire. If the computer lets me modify or cancel at any time it seems like it could be done at the park?? No?
