Changing papers with bar codes to multiday Disney tickets

Hello, I purchase four two day park tickets for four adults thru my "My Disney Experience" account that are all listed as one purchase (one paper and one bar code). I then purchased another two two day park ticket for two other adults. The first day we are all doing Epcot, but may not all arrive at the same time. In fact we might arrive at three separate times. (I bought tickets for grown kids and significant others.)

What's the best way to handle this.
-- Should I try to go over to a Disney ticket booth and exchange the paper with bar code for the four tickets (I might have some time on Sunday to do this) and the other paper with the bar code for two tickets. I am staying offsite near Disney Springs (Sheraton Vistana Resort) and have a car. Is there anywhere I could go to do this where I wouldn't have to pay for parking? Can I do this on my own or do I need the people on the tickets with me? Hoping I could do it on my own.

-- Or could I give the other party a copy of the paper and bar code for the four tickets. Two of us could get our two tickets and then the others could get their two tickets with a copy maybe. It says though you need the original credit card and only I'd have that?? And for the two who have their own paper and bar code (I already gave them that), they wouldn't have my credit card??

I have no idea about how to handle this. Thank you in advance for suggestions. Our first park day is March 21st. (its says just tap your credit card attached to your account -- but I am the only one with the card and there will probably be three different arrivals).

Can't you just assign them in the Disney app? You will need to link your accounts. Then once there, you can get cards for the tickets or use the mobile app as your ticket.

As above, if everyone is linked to you or listed in your MDE account Friends and Family list, you should be able to enter the confirmation numbers on the receipts you have and then link each ticket to the correct individual's name in MDE. Actually, you should be able to link the ones you bought through MDE now, assuming again that the people themselves are linked to you or listed in MDE. And the second paper should have a code to link it to MDE.

If you prefer, you can take everything to the Official Disney Ticket Office at Disney Springs, near D-Luxe Burger. You can park free in the garage there, and they can give you plastic ticket cards for each person.

I already have all the people linked to the tickets and park reservations as I added their names to my MDE. They don't have accounts. Since they are already linked with the confirmation code, can they get in the park?

Thanks for the info about the ticket office at Disney Springs. I might do that.

If they have MBs linked to their profiles in your MDE, they should be able to enter the park without you. But if they don't have MBs, and they don't have a smartphone with MDE showing their tickets, it would probably be better for you to visit DS in advance and get the ticket cards for them. Then at the park entrance they just tap the card to the Mickey, and in they go!

They can get hard tickets issued at the park entrance. Bring a print out of the bar code or have a smart phone with you.

If the guests have a printout of the bar code, but OP is not with them and therefore they don't have the credit card used for purchase, will there be an issue? That's what I don't know.

Thank you all! Our condo is just an eight minute drive to Disney Springs. I see they are open from 10 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. We have a resort day Sunday morning and a BBQ at my nephew's house in Orlando at 2 p.m. I think I'll play tennis early, take a shower, go to Disney Springs and get the tickets, and then distribute them to everyone just to be on the safe side.

Appreciate your posting! Super excited to be going to Orlando and spending two days at Disney Parks. I'll be doing SeaWorld, relative visiting, and visiting Busch Gardens with my favorite cousin who lives in Tampa too. Can't wait.

Sounds great! And I agree, a trip to DS would be the easiest solution. BTW try to park in the Lime garage - it's closer to the Official Ticket Center (which is located in Town Center near the Disney Springs Welcome Center, D-Luxe Burger and Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, according to the DS website).

Great Tips. Thanks!!!
