Changing guests on a reservation

Our upcoming family trip is becoming a circus lol. Currently we have a 3rd person on our reservation. My sister wants our mom to stay with her now. If we change our reservation to take her off of ours does everything else stay the same? Prices have gone up since our original booking. Would hate for this to change our rates.

Depending on the room booked and resort if you've only 3 people in the room it should not change your room rate. I'd call Disney to change a person from one room to another; much simpler.

You don't mention if you have a package or room-only. With a package, you have until 30 days prior to check-in to make changes; if you are within that 30-day window, they may charge a $50 change fee to drop someone. If you have a room-only reservation, you have until 5 days prior to check-in to make changes. Adding or removing a person does not change the room rate, except in the case of a 3rd+ adult - so if mom was a 3rd adult in your room, you will no longer have to pay the extra-adult fee per night.

Thank you! Our trip is in November so lots of time. We have a room booked plus tickets.
