Changing Disney booking with flights

Hi

Does anyone have any experience of trying to change a booking made with wdtc if it has flights attached?

One member of our group is thinking of pulling out but we would all still like to go, will they make us cancel the whole thing, still charge us for all the flights?
We are not going till next summer but I don't want to lose out on our free dining and gift card? Plus we were planning to tell ds soon but don't want to if there's a chance the whole thing will fall apart.

I don't know the answer, but free dining runs out on 5 November and the gift card has already expired so I would ring them quickly to find out!

I know that would be the sensible thing to do. But it's a medical condition that has flared up and she wants to wait and see how it goes till at least after Christmas.
I am hoping she will still want to come and then if the worst comes to the worst that we can still go without her.

I have recently had the same problem (without flights though) and to take a person off the reservation was only going to cost £50 as it is an amendment to the reservation and not a cancellation of the whole thing. Hope this helps

I would give them a call to clarify the situation and explain the problem. I'm pretty sure she could be removed for the £50 up to as late as three months before when the balance is due - but after that you might struggle!

Thanks. I gave them a call and they said all we would have to pay was her £150 deposit and a £50 alteration fee as long as we gave them enough notice.
Hopefully it won't come to that though.

Meant to say our trip is to the Yacht Club as well, it looks amazing.

It looks brilliant doesn't it! I never thought we would be able to afford it, so I feel very lucky to be going

We love just wandering round WS at night and eating at local restaurants etc so I can't wait
