Changing Dining Reservations

We are going down with other people in the summer and have made all our reservation 180 days out. However, some people might have to cancel due to work. Can we change our reservations to less people or do we have to cancel and create new ones? I am worried that if we have to cancel and rebook, some of our restaurants will be gone.

You can absolutely call in and change it. I would recommend waiting until you have a firm answer from everyone about who is going. It would be much harder to add people back in than to reduce the size of your party. Have fun!
