Changing ages of children after booking

We have already booked for November 2014 and I booked with the correct ages for my children (they will be 7 and just turned 9). I'm wondering if it is possible to upgrade one or both to adults, paying the difference in cost of course. We just went to Disneyland Paris last month and both kids really surprised us with what they were willing to eat and both basically turned down the kids menu most of the time. My daughter is actually fairly picky and did not like Disney's chicken nuggets the last time we went to WDW, leading to eating very little of most meals as she refuses to eat beef and hates tomatoes in any form but ketchup, meaning burgers, pizza and many pasta options on the very limited kids menus are off the table.

I was thinking if we upgraded them to adults they would actually have a much wider choice of what to eat.

Is it possible to change it now?

Who have you booked through and have you booked flight inclusive?

If you are booking a non-flight inclusive package with WDTC and book them as older from the outset it isn't an issue and changing them shouldn't be either although you may get a CM that says it can't be done and as free dining offer has ended expect the free dining to disappear - they will correct it but you will probably have to ask.

It shouldn't be a problem, as long as you didn't book flight inclusive. If you did, it can't be done. If it's a room, dining and ticket package, give them a phone :thumbsup2

As others said it depends if you booked flights inclusive. I did and now can't amend them on dining plans.

Thanks. It's not flight inclusive. I'll try to give them a call.

If I upgrade one, would it be possible to kind of switch off which kid gets the adult meal? I mean, as long as we use one child meal and 3 adult meals at a meal does it matter who actually eats what meal?

No aslong as your order the righr number of meals its up to you who you give it to.

Just to add aswell dont be afraid to ask for them to adjust meals eg. Pizza with no sauce. Although they may say no, in my experience even the QS locations are very accomodating. Between allergies and general picky eaters we have had to ask on several occassions for sandwiches without mayo etc and they have been most helpful. :)
