Changed My FP for 7/5 at HS

Check your e-mail. I got an e-mail today saying my FP's for "For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration" on 7/5 was changed from the morning to the afternoon - no good for me since we won't be there in the afternoon.

I called and spent 50 minutes on the phone and it still is not fixed. They said they would e-mail me.

They told me that the show changed the amount of time they want the guests to line-up early - from 15 minutes to 30 minutes and therefore all the FP's had to change.

Since I have back-to-back FP's, it got bumped to the afternoon.

We just got an email also. Ours was for the Frozen sing a long on 08/02 at 12:30 pm. They canceled it completely and made one for my party of 9 for Voyage of the Little Mermaid @ 10:55 am. Why wouldn't they just offer us another time for Frozen?

My FP+ for the Frozen Sing a Long was canceled on July 2 and moved to a later time that day. I had 11:05 for the 11:30 show and they moved it to 3:00 - 3:15 for the 3:30 show. This won't work for us either.

Ours was cancelled too, they moved us to the Little Mermaid at 3:00, which was laughable, my girls are 17 and 22, they wanted the sing a long, since my daughter just graduated college with a Bachelor of Music Degree...just called and she moved me back, but at the 3:00 show also, we will just work around it...something must be going on there with the show we were scheduled for.

Just posted this, they moved us to the Little Mermaid as well, I called and they changed me back, but had to take an afternoon show. Morning shows that week must be a problem, we were on the same day as you.

Once I changed my first fast pass, I was able to change the FROZEN back to 12:00, it was something about changing the fast pass waiting line by 15 minutes which messed up all of my fast passes/lunch ADR.
