Chances of getting refurbished room at SSR

I am looking to get a refurbished studio for a stay in September. I am figuring that they don't have all the sections open due to COVID. What do you think I should request and any idea on my chances? Anyone had any luck?

If you're booked Preferred, request Congress Park and your chances are 100%.

If you're booked Standard, odds go down significantly as they haven't started any of the Standard buildings yet and there is no way any will be done by then.

That's what I thought about Congress Park. I wasn't sure if that section of the resort was open though.
