Chances of Getting a King Bed at Pop Century?

just wondered if my chances would be better in preferred over standard. Currently we have a preferred room and my only request is a king bed.

Nope. Again, there are the same number of king beds in (about) each pair of buildings. There are eighty-something accessible rooms with king beds, and sixty-something basic rooms with king beds. Actually, your chances are better with a standard room - simply because there are more standard rooms at Pop than preferred rooms.

It was confusing to me, we didn't want to take away a handicapped accessable room from someone that would really need the roll in shower but we really need to have the king bed, so we will see what happens.

Keep the accessible room. When you check in, you can explain that if (ONLY if) there is a 'regular' room available with a king bed, you would take or be willing to take that room instead so that you don't prevent someone who truly needs the roll-in shower from having it. If there's a non-accessible king room available, they'll give it to you. If there isn't, well, you tried .
