Chance for retirees to work part time

Hi friends,
I am a transplant from the local "hotels and attractions" board that really enjoys reading "new and rumors" from the real insiders.

Spouse and I have made a big decision to retire and try Jan, Feb, and 1/2 of March just south of Disney World. We have been many times over the years but now have a dream of part time work at Disney. Just curious if you all know of the chances for part time jobs and what would be open to a 58 ish couple in pretty good shape.

My first choices would be direct contact with guests, or the golf courses.

Any thought from this experienced group would be appreciated...

Your chances are very good at getting employed. More "experienced" people are more reliable, less likely to call out sick, show up on time, and have a better overall work ethic.

DH and I had a nice long talk with our bus driver while in Disney last week about part time work for retirees. He said there are all kinds of jobs, almost any position at Disney has part time people in them. He started part time and has now gone to full time and his wife works in one of the parks part time.
