They were pretty quick on the abuse alert thing so you might not have to wait too long. The one good thing that came from it was I seemed to get a lot more training on my own keywords. I was also able to still do real searches. I didn't make much money since I wasn't able to accept trainings and I wasn't on as much because it was too frustrating at times. I hope everything gets fixed for you soon.

ChaCha puts a cookie on your system when you have been labeled as abusive. I tried to delete the cookies that were clearly ChaCha related but that didn't solve the problem. I had to remove all my cookies before I was permitted to search again.

The safe search feature is very sensitive

It is amazing how testy some guides are. Here is a transcript from a training my friend did for Guide XXXXX (name changed).

Some people have figured out that if they transfer out of a training session they can't rated. This is a way to avoid getting a Good or even bad rating.

I'm absolutely positive I've had this same guide in training. Unless there is more than one with this same attitude about highlighting.

By the way, I've been looking at different chacha forums and I've found my favorite. It's very informative and all the people who post there are guides. It's www.thinkchacha.com . You guys should check it out!

Is anyone getting searches or training this morning? I've been on all morning and not a single one. Weird.

I have been having the same problem. I haven't been able to get anything since 7:30 this morning!

At first I was getting training sessions, but then when they popped up they said site temporarily unavailable every time.

Must be a lot of problems today. Hope they get it fixed soon. I want to make some $$ today.

I just got an email from chacha ,, saying they are down and will send everyone an

email when they get it back up and running.

They are back up now. I haven't personally logged on yet but I received another email stating they are back and functional once again.

I don't know what happened to the wahm.com board. I just went to check in there and saw that it was locked. I've been off and on chacha today. It seems like there are a lot of live searches coming through but I'm not fast enough to get them. Without the training searches, I'm not making any money so I've just been checking in occasionally today. I have had a few trainings but then they seem to go off again. There also seem to be a lot of guides searching today. The only thing is they're searching for things like "why are trainings down". I guess some don't realize that the people doing the training don't have those answers. Well, I'm off to see if I can make some money tonight.

WOW...I wonder what we missed before she shut that down...from the sounds of it, it could have been good. I just can't imagine Cha Cha leading to heated debates!

I haven't been on lately...I was thinking about hoping on now to see what is happening...I have been on a couple of times over the last few weeks...I am waiting to get like one more person to rate my 6th keyword so then I will be a pro on that one too and so I can get more keywords. But lately I have been getting some error (when I pull up some websites) the locks up the whole system and then I have to shut my computer down...frustrating!

It's down....WAHM.com is closed concerning Cha Cha at least
Training is down...not a very productive 4 days..hopefully things will improve as they are trying to change to BETA!

I am not fast enough for real searches and with training downs, hard to work! My network people(only 3..have some left) never work..so I am not even getting pennies from them! I am hoping everything turns around in the next few hours!

I have to go back to my real job( CT Technologist) on Wednesday. I like to make some CHA CHA money on my days off!

I think Cha Cha is a good thing...it will just take some time to work out the kinks!

Dont' give up! My kids are using it alot with their homework help.

I'm the one that has to pay for a lawyer, put up with threats and get phone calls at 1:00, 2:00, 6:00 in the morning. This is a business, and the actions of a few can have a huge effect on the bottom line. I know that's it's fun for some of you to get reactions from people, but dealing with the fallout is no fun for me. When I say stop it, I mean it. I don't care who started it, whose fault it was, whatever. From now on, anyone involved in behavior that breaks the rules here will have their account deleted.

If you have any questions, SEND ME AN EMAIL. We don't need more discussion about it here.
