Ceremonies or vow renewals on/off DCL in the Mexican Rivera

My hubby and I are taking the Wonder in Feb 2011, while we are crusing we are planning a vow renewal for our 10th anniversary. We are planning a renewal while in port, probably on a beach. Our ports are Puerto Vallarta, Matazlan, and Cabo. Any help, suggestions, or advice would be most appreciated!

One place that I visited in Purta Vallarta is called Le Kliff Restaurante and they hold weddings on a cliff over the water. It is a very unique and pretty place that offers weddings. They have a lot of info on there website. Good luck and happy planning!
