Still waiting on mine in Birmingham, AL. What really stinks is that I told a friend of mine who lives 10-12 miles from me about it, and me, him and his mom all ordered our subscriptions on the same day. Well, they received theirs on Monday (and they're not at the same address), and I still haven't gotten mine! Talk about frustrating!

I still have not received my copy, so I emailed them yesterday. The response was that since I ordered it on 10/16 versus 10/15, the first issue I will receive is the second issue.

They also mentioned that even thought I received the "pre-publication" price, I ordered past the cutoff date for the discounted price. They said that since it was a system error, they will honor the lower price.

My feelings are that of course you need to honor the price I paid, and they should send the first issue since I bought in the introductory phase (according to their website). BTW I do not expect to get an "extra" issue - just start with issue 1.

This magazine better be good (I get Attractions magazine and have always been pleased with their service), or there is no way I am going to renew.

I emailed Lou Mongello yesterday about my not receiving the first issue yet. He forwarded my message to Tim Foster, who said he would send a copy right out to me. So you might want to give that a try.

I think this is the name of it? It was a new WDW magazine people had signed up for but the first issue was taking forever to arrive.

I love mine!! I received it a couple of weeks ago and am still reading and enjoying it. Great magazine.
