Celebrations Magazine

I am new to the boards so I was not able to send you a private message or give you my email address but.........

***************

Hi,

I read your post and wanted to know if you would like a new magazine? We had asked the mailhouse that the labels go on the back but they messed it up....we have not heard of others with the staple issue, but it was probably a USPS issue...so sorry. In the future we are putting plastic wrap around all magazines.....

I just need your name and address and I will send one out to you.

Thanks,
Lisa Foster (wife of magazine creator)

Hi Lisa,

I haven't received my issue yet but please tell Tim that we appreciate all the work that he and Lou put into making this happen. I also love the segments he does with Lou on his show.

Hi,

I will pass on your message and please email Tim if you still have not gotten it by Wednsday this week........thanks!!!!!:dance3:

Lisa Foster:thumbsup2

To all the volunteers involved in Celebrations. Thank you!

It is a fabulous magazine.

Did anyone else notice the lack of advertising!

To those complaining about errors. How about the many, many errors I found in 'Nights in Rodanthe' published by a big name publishing firm with 'professional' proof readers. Over five without actually reviewing them! Huge for a writer like Nicholas Sparks. Having said that, step up to the plate and offer to proofread for these wonderful people putting together a publication for all to enjoy and learn from.

To Celebrations - thanks again, keep up the good work and thank you so very much for becoming a part of this forum to keep your readers informed.:thanks:

I haven't read through the whole magazine yet. I am taking my time and making sure everything I am reading is soaking in! I am LOVING  it!!!!

I just recieved my copy of Celebrations magazine about 1hr ago,I live in NYC.One problem the front cover was torn across the middle.

got my issue last week - and the address label was right across the castle (ruining what would have been a nice cover) - removing the label didn't work either - that nasty sticky glue doesn't come off....

My arrived Saturday here in Southeastern CT. and my DW threatened me that I wasn't going to sit around all day Sunday and read it. So, here it is Monday night and I'm at work and reading it and loving it!!
Now, my DW will have to wait until I get home for it because she knows I'll read the whole magazine tonight.
Love it and can't wait for the next issue..

   FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got mine tonight, can't wait to read it!!! :cloud9: The only downfall so far I see is the label....my front cover is a mess.:sad2:

Got my magazine today, boy did it go through the ringer in the mail, cover all scuffed up and corners all bent. The inside looks pretty good, though.popcorn::

Got mine (Detroitarea, Michigan) Nov 10. The content looks great-have to find time to sit down and read it. But...

it looks like its been sitting around a doctor's office waiting room for months! The cover is ripped off the staples, the edges are worn, many rips and tears and like others mentioned the mailing label is near middle of caslte on cover.

I really am glad to have received it and can't wait to pour through:)

Got mine Friday and I have read front to back it is wonderful. Can't wait for the next issue. Mine made it thru the mail just fine. Got a wonderful Disney fix I so badly needed. Sure hope they keep up the good work as I am in my Glory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in Charleston, SC and haven't got mine yet. From the locations where people are chiming in, it appears that people on the West Coast are getting theirs first, followed by those in the Midwest, Northeast and slowing getting to the South. Of course, the folks at Celebrations have got my old addy on file and WILL NOT respond to my emails asking that they change it to the new one. So for all I know, somebody down the street from me may have gotten theirs (assuming they even know about the magazine).

finally after 2 months --i got it! :cool1:

Got mine today :woohoo:

I am in England so I am thrilled :yay: thought I would be waiting for weeks after all you guys got yours!!!!

It is really rather good, I have read half of it and have forced myself to put it down to do some work...boo!!!!

It has faired quite well, but the label is a shame, however as it has airmail stamps on it I think it looks pretty cool. :cool1:

not wishing to spoil anyones fun but the kids korner...I am not a kid but have been doing all the puzzles. The answers are no where to be found and there is one question I just can't do :headache: it's driving me crazy anyone care to help?

hope I haven't given too much away for those who haven't got it yet :goodvibes

Now then...the december magazine...when do you think this would be out? it will make perfect reading material for my flight over to WDW on the 20th december...any chance it might arrive before I go?:confused3 I would seriously be chuffed if it did

good job Tim and Lou :thumbsup2
